GEO CHEMICAL GA-QISE
is defined as the process of high performance grinding aids for raw material, to significantly reduce production costs and to increase output of mixed cements,slag,fly ash cements. And increase grinding efficiency ,workability ,initial setting improve ,final setting improve , quality and strength enhancing additives. it has as its ultimate objective decreasing the energy consumption to obtain a given fineness or flow of cement. as well as reducing agglomeration and providing energy savings, some grinding aids also reducing setting times and increasing the at which strength is developed in the course of subsequent hydration. Chemicals and materials added to cement slurry to modify the characteristics of the slurry or set cement.

Application
GA-QISE: Series should be applied to the raw material on the conveyor belt just before the mill entrance by an adjustable dosing pump .
Advantage
GA-QISE: Series have polar structure and greatly improve the efficiency of grinding process by neutralizing the electrostatic charges which are the main cause of agglomeration inside cement mills. They can be applied to both open and closed circuit mills. GA-QISE product also improve the cement flow ability and decrease pack-set time remarkably, decrease results in faster loading and unloading times of bulk tankers and also longer cleaning periods of silos.
Storing Condition
It is store in dry condition, GA-QISE series has minimum shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored properly in its original unopened packing. If the additive is frosted under +5 c , it should be thawed by waiting at ambient temperature without using direct heating and mixed until it becomes homogeneous. Compressed air should not be used during this operation.
